- Matric
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Essential: 3 years working experience in an accounting role
- Essential: Strong Excel skills
- Essential: Previous working experience with Sage300 or Accpac
- Essential: Previous managerial experience (managing at least 2 employees)
- Vehicle and valid Drivers License
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring all financial targets are met and maintained.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns, and manage any tax-related audits.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the financial aspects of inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper accounting for inventory transactions.
- Managerial Duties: Supervise and manage two employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- System Management: Utilize Sage300 or Accpac for accounting tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
