Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join the Citrusdal, Western Cape team, · General office administration, · Scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers as requested by management. · Accurate and timely data capturing including updating of client information, keyphase data. · Accurate Filing / record keeping of contracts and other information. · Management and updating of Google Earth polygons, place marks, etc. by assisting the information team and program leaders. · Capturing of orchard census information and Google Earth maps from clients for accurate release and monitoring. · Accurate and timely ordering of consumables for the office · Assisting with the management of stock, updating inventory lists and stock orders. · Day-to-day stock control of monitoring consumables with the monitoring team. · Accurate updating of stock-on-stock control system and report to the finance department · Assist with making appointments for staff training, etc. · Assist supporting departments eg Fleet, production, QSHER, Finance etc, with information required from the program department as requested. · Obtaining quotes for purchases · Capture purchases on the PR sheet and send for approval. · Submit payment requests to the financial department as per protocol. · Complete New supplier application forms · Assisting with HR documentation including Attendance Registers, Staff communication and organizing of staff meetings / functions if required. · Taking of minutes for meetings as requested by manager. · Grade 12 · Tertiary qualification will be an advantage, · Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position, · Proficient in MS Office, · Experience working with Google Earth Maps will be an advantage, · Flexible to work outside of normal working hours when required, Apply Now
