Reference: PE002560-RB-1 Our client in the Retail industry is currently looking to employ an Admin Assistant for their Crating Department based in Port Elizabeth. The admin assistant will serve as the link between the crating department and the client liaison taking responsibility for all admin duties related to crafting of the products. R12 000 CTC Requirements: Relevant industry experience. Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. Be able to function well under high pressure. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: General admin for the crating department. Printing packing lists and permits for dispatches. Communication within the company on behalf of the crating depart. Scheduling. Assisting the Crating Manager as necessary. Strong administrative skills. Energetic person with the ability to take initiative.
