Admin / Operations Clerk - Durban

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Invoices,

Emails,

Scheduling of tasks,

Telephonic communication with customers, staff on the field, and management,

Interaction with contractors and drivers,

Compiling daily reports by making use of MS Word and Excel,

Checking loads,

Vehicle checks with drivers,

Keeping records of equipment,

Checking what tools are physically broken and what needs to be replaced,

Monitoring employees that are working in the yard,

Monitoring off-site jobs by calling the workers to check that the job is complete.

KEY ATTRIBUTES, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Matric/Grade 12,

Own reliable transport,

Computer Literate,

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans,

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively,

3+ Years of experience as an administrator and/or admin assistant.

Salary will be market-related, and the candidate's experience will be considered.
