Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Directors Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Directors. Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters for the Directors. Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed. Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employer's personal and professional life. Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required. Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities Arrange travel and book flights and accommodation. Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer. Prepare minutes of meetings. Check and compile a summary of staff attendance records and timesheets. Ensure that timesheets are submitted at month end. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Directors Minimum Grade 12 and ideally with a Secretarial or related qualification Minimum 5 years PA experience on an executive support role Package is negotiable and dependent on experience Apply Now
