Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Crucial Skills:
Experience with logistics software and systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
Salary:
R12,500 per month.
