Administrator - Durban

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator? Do you have a Grade 12 qualification, excellent command of English, and exceptional computer skills? Then, have a look at this fantastic opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. (The position is based in La Mercy, Durban at the Dube Tradepost)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Crucial Skills:

  • Experience with logistics software and systems is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Salary:

R12,500 per month.
