• Register and update claims from clients; • Liaise with insurers and clients on all aspects of the claims process and policy amendments; • Follow up with Insurers / Call Centers regarding claims progress; • Capture new business quotations; • Handle client queries effectively and professionally; and • Underwriting in accordance with company policies and procedures • Grade 12; • RE5; • One to three years relevant short term insurance, underwriting, and claims experience; • Computer Literate (advanced) with excellent interpersonal and e-mail communication skills; • Bilingual (English & Afrikaans); • Valid driver's license (Code 08).
