Responsibilities:

Must have your own vehicle and driver's lisence

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant will be a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
