Responsibilities:
Must have your own vehicle and driver's lisence
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant will be a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
