Full job description Perform various administrative duties to support the plant’s business operations and manage the control of raw materials stock. Required Minimum Education/Training Grade 12 Required Minimum Work Experience 2 years relevant administration experience Key Performance Areas Manage intake of raw materials, dispatching, and stock-taking. Handle transfers, stationery, and stock such as diesel and WWT chemicals. Ensure accurate and timely completion of dispatching and stock-taking tasks. Complete daily stock reconciliations and report variances to management. Handle purchase orders, receipts, filing, debtors & creditors queries. Accurately process sales orders and invoicing. Offer admin and HOD relief. Operate the switchboard efficiently. Perform tasks requested by management to a high standard and promptly. Technical Knowledge/Competencies Understanding of administrative principles Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office and SAP skills Fully bilingual Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Excellent people and communication skills Behavioural Competencies Diligent and positive Motivated and assertive Self-starter with high energy The post Adminstrative Clerk appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
