The Advertising Clerk is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the sales and marketing activities of a company. This includes preparing and organizing documents, maintaining records, processing customer orders and payments, and providing customer service. The Advertising Clerk must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in customer service, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs. Organize and maintain advertising files Input and update data on advertising materials Assist in the preparation of advertising reports Create and update marketing materials Assist with the development and implementation of advertising campaigns Receive and process advertising orders Provide customer service support Grade 12 2 - 3 Years experience in a Dealership Knowledge of various vehicles Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel Apply Now
