Diagnose and resolve software issues promptly to minimize downtime. Work closely with our development team to identify and implement software improvements. Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials. Conduct user training sessions to enhance software utilization. Monitor software performance and proactively address potential issues. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions. Required Skills: Proven experience in application support, preferably with SQL-based systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agriculture technology is a plus, but not mandatory. A proactive and customer-focused attitude. Personal attributes: A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision.
