Lead and oversee the operations of multiple branches within the designated area. Drive business development initiatives to achieve growth targets and expand market presence. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including loan portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. Implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide leadership and support to branch managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members. Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry, with a focus on micro lending or similar sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent understanding of financial products and services, particularly micro loans. Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business objectives and driving results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.
