Reference: HQ000881-MM-1 Business development and maintenance of existing clients in line with organizational goal and targets. Teams Management Deliver the service agreed upon between Stratostaff and our Clients Recruitment and placement of competent Associates in line with Client Service Level requirements; Maintain the organization's Statutory and Legislative compliance obligations thereby eliminating costly legal risks. Key Performance Indicators 1. Business Development: Increasing number of Clients, Associate, headcount and permanent placements. 2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain existing and new Clients and Contracts. 3. Profitability: Ensure financial viability through maintaining and /or increasing profit margins. 4. Management of Cost to serve: Operations expenses and Client Contracts. 5. Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance. Required Competency 1. Professional Manner ; Positive Attitude ; Empathy 2. Good Communication Skills at all levels 3. Knowledge of Company's Recruitment and internal Administration Processes 4. Attention to details /accuracy 5. Self-Motivated ; High Level of Energy 6. Ability to Work Under pressure ; Deadline Driven 7. Working Knowledge of BCOE, WCA /IOD , Health & Safety ,Benefits and Bargaining Councils 8. Professional Manner ; Positive Attitude ; Empathy 9. Good Communication Skills at all levels Role and Responsibility 1. Operations Management: Clients serviced according to service Level Agreement 2. Branch and Team Management. 3. Manage Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence. 4. Manage Team's Internal Procedural and Company Policy Compliance, through conducting regular branch audits ensuring optimal Client Service and Risk elimination. 5. Business Development through organized and coordinated Sales Activity. 6. Client Contracts/Pricing: Manage financially viable and compliant SLA's for New Clients and Existing Client growth and /or Rate increases. 7. Effective Reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans. 8. Build and maintain Client and Associate relationships as combined Operations teams , and effective inter- departmental Apply Now
