Key Performance Indicators 1. Business Development: Increasing number of Clients, Associate, headcount and permanent placements. 2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain existing and new Clients and Contracts. 3. Profitability: Ensure financial viability through maintaining and /or increasing profit margins. 4. Management of Cost to serve: Operations expenses and Client Contracts. 5. Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance. Required Competency 1. Client Contracts/Pricing: Manage financially viable and compliant SLA's for New Clients and Existing Client growth and /or Rate increases. 7.
