Manage WSP and SDF
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Training of Managers
Manage training budget
Quality Assurance of both Training and Assessments
Management of the training programs (Skills and Unit Standard based )
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
Compilation of regional training data and statistics
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Requirements
2 years of Micros/GAAP experience
2 years of QSR Management Trainer experience
Minimum of 2 years training experience in a QSR environment essential like KFC or Pizza Hut
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS Office packages (Micros proficiency is beneficial)
