Reference: PTA001207-JP-1 A global food and beverage producer is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to assist with all poultry farming operations at their poultry processing unit based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a Bachelor's in Agriculture or equivalent Minimum 7 years' experience in managing large poultry farming operations for a commercial company will be required Must be willing to live in a remote location with limited resources The successful candidate will be responsible for: Assisting the Farm Manager in the successful operation of the farming unit. Providing close supervision, guidance, and advice to all staff to help them achieve their objectives. Monitoring daily performance of all assigned units, ensuring they operate within Divisional guidelines. Ensuring the implementation of and adherence to the FMD (Farm Management and Development) policy at all times on the farm.
