Assistant Store Manager (JB4441) Hazyview, Mpumalanga R50 - 60 000 per month CTC Permanent As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Your role will include implementing and maintaining high standards, overseeing the shop floor activities, ensuring effective staff performance, monitoring stock and ensuring excellent customer service. Strong background in shop floor management and buying. Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage the team effectively. A keen eye for detail in maintaining store standards and inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work closely with other managers, staff, and the buying team to achieve store goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Required to work on Weekends and long hours. Shop Floor Management: Oversee shop floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and effective staff performance. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and manage product displays. Buying and Merchandising: Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase stock, ensuring optimal product mix. Analyze sales trends to make informed purchasing decisions and manage stock levels.
