Dive into a dynamic, innovative environment where your analytical prowess fuels impactful solutions and drives success Package: Salary is negotiable depending on experience About the Role: The Reporting Associate is responsible for producing accurate and timely reports by gathering data from diverse sources, collating it, and generating reports in a suitable format. They actively identify data conflicts and patterns to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and quality for their reports. Role & Responsibilities: Analyse raw data and produce new datasets and accurate reports within the agreed timeframe; Highlight any data issues to the Team Leader for Services Reporting; Provide solutions for ad hoc reporting requests; Collaborate cross functionally to capture new reporting requirements; Play a part in cross-functional projects, ad-hoc report building and producing presentations for the leadership team. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and data handling tools like SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools; Ideally holds a Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Sciences, or has practical experience in analysing complex data; Experience in managing and analysing large datasets to extract useful insights; Strong problem-solving abilities to identify data trends, anomalies, and patterns effectively; Familiarity with data visualisation techniques for presenting findings clearly; Knowledge of data governance principles for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security; Ability to work well in teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and reporting.
