A reputable law firm based in Pretoria is looking to employ the services of an Attorney with extensive experience in Labour Law, and also have practiced in other areas of Law Handling and resolving labour Law matters e.g. drafting charge sheets, hearings, arbitrations and CCMA matters Managing litigation and other dispute resolution processes. Litigation – Magistrate and High Court matters Consulting with and taking of instructions from clients; drafting legal documents and court papers; Attending to management of files and to negotiate settlement and/or proceed with litigation; Attending to appearances in both motion and trial matters; Develop policies and processes relating to new department and managing of existing policies and files Administrative and Municipal Law Constitutional Law Commercial Law Public Law Pension Fund Law LLB 10 years' experience in Labour Law Admitted attorney Right of appearance in court Negotiable
