Audit Project Support Contractor - 6 Month Contrac - Gauteng

Reference: DBN003603-RC-1 A Leading Pharmaceutical Company has a 6-month Audit Project Support Contractor position available. This role will solely support and assist the AMI team in reference to collating, filing and documenting reports in a timely manner. The individual will be responsible for assisting the team and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The individual must be self-sufficient have strong analytical skills, have good attention to detail and have knowledge of auditing principles and procedures. Responsibilities: Scope of Work: Preparation/collation and review of Event Documentation aligned to OEC and SOP requirements prior to approval submission by AMI coordinators for the review process Preparation/collation and review of Event Documentation aligned to OEC requirements and SOPs post-events Filing of all pre and post-event documentation in Audit compliant format in allocated share points Filing and review of Clinic Facilitation Documentation pre/post Clinical Specialist engagement with HCP Post Event documentation dissemination e.g. surveys and CPD certificates AMI Required OEC documentation e.g. Faculty Code of Conducts, CVs and Bios Veeva Jobs supporting the AMI Lead for educational content and Digital World 3.0 ANC Stock Monthly Recon against SAP transactional report Timelines related to event schedule and SOP process requirements; Audit documentation maintained weekly; ANC Stock recon monthly Compliance & Integrity: Takes personal responsibility for and demonstrates a high level of understanding of and adherence to the applicable internal policies, including but not limited to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and other policies applicable to your job, and external laws and regulations governing your activities Exhibits high business ethics standards in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including dealing with others honestly and openly, showing accountability, being reliable and trustworthy and being loyal to the company Completes all required compliance and ethics-related training within required timelines Encourages a high level of understanding of and adherence to compliance and ethics amongst colleagues and third parties Fully co-operates in any internal and external audits, investigations and inspections Qualifications and Requirements: Secondary Education and/or successful completion of relevant certificate/diploma course Knowledge of auditing principles and procedures Excellent organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal) Attention to detail C andidates that meet the criteria may submit their applications via this portal or via vacancy link on www.mnarecruitment.com Should you receive no feedback within 7 days, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
