Our client based in Elsies Rivier in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join their. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by prospecting and closing deals with potential business partners. This role requires a strong focus on developing and nurturing client relationships in the B2B space. Actively prospect, identify, and establish new business relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sales materials. Consistently update and manage sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance. Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand the client's pain points and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new business partnerships. Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies for attracting new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and updates to the management team Qualifications / Skills Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with potential business partners. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor's degree, Diploma or certificate in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Our client is wanting to move into new sectors for business in areas such as skills to target restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, nursing homes, and banks. The type of person required could have had experience as follows: Calling on corporate companies selling the following solutions or products: Hygiene / pest control Corporate gifting Stationary Corporate sales such as uniforms, Calling on clients offering them the above would have allowed you access to procurement in various different organisations, our client is wanting exp in B2B sales, with a network of clients you could call on.
