- 3 - 5 years experience required
- Diploma in Food Science or Technology or a Bachelor of Science is advantageous
- Manage a team of bakers on quality, consistency and production schedules
- Experience in confectionery baking, cakes, rolls, croissants etc
- Ensure that recipes are baked correctly
- Training of staff
- Understanding of quality assurance
- Understanding of baking
- Must be able to work night shift
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is preferred
