Bakery Manager - Randburg

Minimum requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years experience required
  • Diploma in Food Science or Technology or a Bachelor of Science is advantageous
  • Manage a team of bakers on quality, consistency and production schedules
  • Experience in confectionery baking, cakes, rolls, croissants etc
  • Ensure that recipes are baked correctly
  • Training of staff
  • Understanding of quality assurance
  • Understanding of baking
  • Must be able to work night shift
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is preferred
