Our client, a leading supplier of food, equipment and technical products as well as services, to ships and vessels around the world, would like to appoint an experience Administrative Supervisor to oversee a team of people responsible for the billing/invoicing of these services. The position will be based in Cape Town, but the person will report to the Head Office in Switzerland. It is therefore a requirement that the successful candidate be able to communicate in French and be fluent in English. Will be in charge of all of the Company's invoicing/billing. Will have to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction in all billing process. Will supervise a billing Team in relation with commercial and accounting Teams. For the administration of back-office functions: opening/closing files, issuing invoices, file checking. For the administration of suppliers and customers invoices. For the management of the invoicing process and ensuring documents are accurately and completely done. For the management of the Billing Team. Requirements: Strong planning and independent working skills Highly organised, meticulous attention to detail and capable of managing different files at once Result orientation focus Very good accounting skills Good managerial skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Flexible and dynamic Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools and ERP environment Experience and Qualifications: 2 years of billing/Invoicing supervisory experience. International trade and logistics experience, if possible. Fluent in English and in French R20 000 to R25 000 per month including a pension fund benefit.
