The aim of this bursary programme is to develop two promising students in the engineering field and integrate them into our business with the intention of fostering long-term careers at HCAF. This initiative will strengthen critical skills within our organization and enable us to fill technically advanced roles. What does the bursary offer? Cover tuition and living expenses as they pursue their degrees Textbooks, equipment and stationery Monthly allowance Vacation work with technical teams within the company What will be required? Required to do vacation work at Hitachi Once the students have graduated, they must take up employment at Hitachi – through the graduate program. The working period will be equal to the duration of funding received as well as 1 extra year in the capacity of graduate trainee South African citizen Currently in 2 nd year of university Studying full-time in one of the BEng fields of study (BEng Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining). First preference will be given to Electrical Engineering students Studying at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa, preferably around Johannesburg Able to travel to Boksburg for vacation work Fit for Duty No Criminal Record Clear ITC record NOT in receipt of any other bursary funding or another type of financial assistance from any other Company Apply Now
