Bookkeeper - Hyper By The Sea

We are looking for a bookkeeper on behalf of our client. We expect the bookkeeper to perform the following duties: (1) Bring the books to the trial balance stage (2) Perform partial checks of the posting process (3) Complete tax forms (4) Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements (5) Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner Requirements: (1) Proven bookkeeping experience (2) Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification (3) Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles (4) Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records (5) Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers (6) Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (7) Proficiency in English and in MS Office The post Bookkeeper appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
