Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness Process and manage invoices to ensure timely payments. Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting principles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with significant payroll responsibilities. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Be able to work independently Problem Solving skills In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
