We seek a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to assist with the full range of bookkeeping functions as well as other admin duties within a small, but well established, Service Station. All applicants must be meticulous and able to prioritise their time effectively. Key duties include: Operating the Pastel Accounting System to record all daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, payments, cash drops, daily banking etc., and Ensuring that all SARS (including EMP201, VAT, EMP501) and MIBCO returns are submitted timeously; and Assisting with cashups, payroll functions, and general office duties. All candidates must have Grade12, and preferably a bookkeeping diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have a minimum of at least three years full-time bookkeeping experience, proficient in Excel, Word, Pastel Accounting (or similar), as well as basic email and computer skills.
