Skills & Experience:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical specifications
Provide systems support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of business-critical systems
Assist in the implementation of new systems and enhancements, including conducting user acceptance testing and providing training and support to end-users
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certification in Business and System Analysis
