▪ Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers through various media channels and cold calling. ▪ Client Research: Identify potential clients within specialist fields through research and networking. ▪ Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and create new business opportunities, nurturing both new and existing relationships. ▪ Client Attraction: Utilize innovative client attraction strategies relevant to the changing market. ▪ Network Building: Ensure the development of a strong referral network. ▪ Client Consultation: Assist clients in selecting appropriate services based on their requirements and legislative needs. ▪ Presentations: Present our company to potential clients and multiple audiences. ▪ Proposals and Quotations: Prepare proposals and quotations aligned with client needs. ▪ Negotiations: Negotiate and prepare sales and service agreements. ▪ Tender Involvement: Participate in tender processes. ▪ Reporting: Compile regular reports on sales activities for the BD Manager. ▪ Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction to penetrate new accounts. ▪ Market Awareness: Stay up to date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plan ▪ Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the BBBEE, EE, Skills, and Training Solutions Industry ▪ Extensive knowledge of B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development Acts and their practical implementation ▪ Proven track record in selling learnerships and other skills development initiatives. ▪ Experience in a sales-related role within the skills development space. ▪ Matric: Non-negotiable ▪ Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing ▪ Essential: Driver's license and own vehicle Apply Now
