Reference: DUR002151-BH-1 DUR002151 – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Johannesburg, East Rand) Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for growing a new business-to-business sector within the lubricants industry. Required Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar At least 5 years of experience within the lubricants industry Required Technical Competencies & Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years within a business-to-business (B2) sales environment. At least 3 years of knowledge within the fuel & lubricants industry – mining, industry & transport. Specialist knowledge of lubricant procurement & supply – highly advantageous. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Syspro - advantageous. Knowledge of CRM software – advantageous. Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills – monitor, analyze & recommend improvements. Behavioral Competencies Unquestionable integrity. High energy. Able to work under pressure.
