Business Development Manager - Durban

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ldentifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the target market and expand the companys customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales targets to drive revenue growth and achieve revenue goals for the company.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Development of sales growth plans.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Review sales contract to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors activities.
  • Prepare and present costings and revenue forecasts to the group CEO.
  • Market research for new business opportunities.
  • Creating and implementing of SOPs and other related documents.
  • Rate negotiating with suppliers where required in order to procure rate specific client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • We invite applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
  • Postgraduate diploma/bachelors degree in business management or marketing.
  • 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing or sales related field.
