Business Development Manager - Durban
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ldentifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the target market and expand the companys customer base.
Develop and implement sales targets to drive revenue growth and achieve revenue goals for the company.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
Development of sales growth plans.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Review sales contract to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products and services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors activities.
Prepare and present costings and revenue forecasts to the group CEO.
Market research for new business opportunities.
Creating and implementing of SOPs and other related documents.
Rate negotiating with suppliers where required in order to procure rate specific client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
Postgraduate diploma/bachelors degree in business management or marketing.
5 years relevant experience.
Experience in customer service, marketing or sales related field.
