The ideal candidate will champion empowering both non-technical users and less experienced team members, fostering independence and growth through expertly crafted training and support. Location: Cape Town (Woodstock) or Johannesburg (Rosebank) - Hybrid/Remote options available Process Analysis & Optimisation: Understand and analyse user needs, pain points, and business requirements to develop and refine processes. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Quickbase. Quickbase Configuration & Management: Configure and manage Quickbase solutions to align with optimised processes. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of the system in line with business goals. Training & Empowerment: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for users of varying technical levels, ensuring they can effectively utilise Quickbase. Focus on empowering users to solve issues independently. Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, aiding in their professional growth and development within the organisation. Documentation: Maintain and update process documentation to ensure it is comprehensive, current, and accessible to all team members and stakeholders. Proven experience in business process design and optimisation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable solutions. Excellent training skills, with a knack for empowering non-technical individuals. Experience in mentoring and uplifting junior resources, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional growth. Exceptional documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
