Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Duties Complete Goods - End to End Order Fulfillment activities: Order Execution/Management: Dealer Required to perform overall administrative functions such as: Estimating, Factory production availability, Order entry and Order Management (obtain Credit Department approval, sourcing, change requests), Shipping Instructions, Invoicing, ENATIS registration, Retail Registration support. This includes more complex markets (Countries)/transactions. Inventory activities: Required to perform overall administrative functions such as: Factory production availability, Order entry and Order Management (sourcing, change requests), Shipping Instructions, Shipment receiving, Inventory management and control, allocation to Dealer, liaising with Logistics on transport arrangements to Dealer, Invoicing, Retail Registration support. Arrange Complete Goods for Training and Display (Marketing) purposes. Annual physical Inventory count and verification activities. Financial activities: (Accounting system: SAP) Required to perform all activities and provide work direction/support to Shared Service: Invoice processing, Transfer transactions, Process credits and debits. Resolve Invoicing (pre and post) queries. Work through and resolve downstream system issues, like DCP (retail system). Ensure Financial Compliance at all times. Execute month end Figures and various Reports/Forecasting. Customer Service: Consistently provide Customer Service: External (Dealers) and Internal (like Sales, Marketing, Training Departments). Timely respond to Dealer queries and resolve issues. Train and support Dealer on Company systems; like Mint (order system) and DCP (retail system). Internal Department: Owns relationship with Shared Service Delivery Center; provide overall work direction/support to Team at Shared Service ensuring Tactical transactional activities are executed accurately and on time. Owns relationship with Factories Globally; ensuring production availability per market demand. Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience Strong communication skills; Proficient in English (speak, read, write). Customer and Result focused; be dedicated to Customer excellence. High level of attention to detail and accuracy; execute consistently. Good administrative and Systems ability; able to master new systems quickly. Ability to use desktop applications such as Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Excel needed), SharePoint. Analytical skills. Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience Thorough product knowledge (Complete Goods: machines and attachments) will be an advantage. Full understanding of supply chain process. Logistics background will be an advantage: knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), Export Documentation requirements, Incoterms, Country/Government regulations and can independently use the knowledge. Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP) and policies. Education (Specific Branch of Study, Certificate) Logistics and/or Purchasing Special Considerations (Shift, Off Hours, Support, Travel, etc.) Flexibility to deal with Global Factories (different time zone) after work hours where needed.
