Business Unit Manager - Blood and Transfusion Portfolio Industry: Pharmaceutical Location: JHB Equity Requirement: EE Managing the business unit, servicing the Blood and Transfusion Portfolios as well as other key portfolios such as OST, Bioscience, Pathology / RDT . Optimizing growth and profitability within the unit. Key Responsibilities Drive top-line growth and increase market share by developing and implementing effective Category, Product Portfolio, and Brand strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the executive team for implementation if approved.
