Our client is looking for an experienced person to purchase water pumps and irrigation fittings. RESPONSIBILITIES Continuous review of pumps and irrigation fittings and other related product stock levels and replenishment needs. Identify and suggest new / alternative products. Identify and continuous review of local suppliers Building relationships with suppliers Planning of stock Monthly review of branch stock levels in line with agreed stock levels Monthly review of branch excess, slow moving, redundant and obsolete stock. QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 / equivalent EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience purchasing of fluid control products (pipes, irrigation fittings, pumps and other fluid control products Advanced Excel computer skills are required and knowledge of Syspro is essential.
