Work as a Rental Agent for a national car rental company Focus on high sales, earning commission on walk-ins and add-ons (cross-selling and upselling) Meet and exceed sales targets Complete daily responsibilities and tasks efficiently Maintain and improve customer service and sales performance Plan, monitor, and manage assigned work outputs Manage key business initiatives and perform other job-related duties as assigned Demonstrate a sense of urgency in delivering results Align with the company's purpose, core values, and vision Follow schedules accurately Continuously seek new ways to enhance the customer service experience 2 to 3 years of experience as a Car Rental Agent with a national car rental firm Matric certificate Qualification in Communication, Sales, or a related field is an advantage Male, aged 30 to 50 years Own transport Willingness and ability to work shifts Advanced PC literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, Pastel) Familiarity with the latest computer packages in car rental firms Technical and customer service experience with vehicles Strong, dynamic, and driven personality Technologically savvy with advanced PC literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of integrity and strong work ethic Passionate and knowledgeable about the car rental industry Proven sales track record Specialist in customer service
