We are looking for a well experienced Case Manager to join our dynamic team Receiving and forwarding of emails to Case Manager Assistant for action. Handle telephone enquiries, requests for advice and current case follow-ups from complainants and dealers. Advise complainants and dealers via telephone or email on the Consumer Protection Act. Communicate with complainants, dealers, and manufacturers telephonically about related cases. Investigate and resolve consumer complaints. Facilitate alternate dispute resolutions, such as conciliations and adjudication. Advising consumers from time to time in the Call Centre. Liaise with staff at all levels. Provide clear, detailed, and explanatory closing letters on cases. Overseeing that the assistant's work is up to company standards and requirements as the case manager is responsible for managing the case from beginning to end. Open and clear communication with all parties to resolve the matter amicably. Updating and respond to head of the Case Management Department regarding the handling of any instructions and concerns relating to escalations Must be Computer literate Minimum of 10–15 years motor industry customer care experience. Excellent writing skills. Administrative experience. Interpersonal skills. Own reliable transport. Excellent Health. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. An effective Case Manager can work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. The candidate must be able to manage their time well, be reliable and hard-working with great administration, communication and writing skills.
