The incumbent will be required to develop the Catering strategy by considering market trends, regulations and how it may translate into operational execution through alignment of core business strategic objectives to effective operations of all Catering operations to support their bottom-line performance. National Diploma or Degree in Home Economics / Hospitality / Catering Related Field. Master's degree in business administration or business leadership is advantageous Assessor and Moderator Qualifications Registered with the Catering SETA Minimum of 8 years experience in Catering Management Computer Literacy in Ms Office Suite.
