Akani RFA is looking for two dedicated Centre Managers to oversee the operations and growth of our premier shopping centers. One role will be based on the vibrant Winfred Mandela Precinct, while the second role will involve managing multiple centres in the regions of Klerksdorp, Secunda, Groblersdal, and Kroonstad Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the centre. Planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the centre. Oversees leasing, procedure services. Handling third party service contracts, and directing maintenence procedures. Oversee daily operations of the facility or business location. Constantly assess ways to improve the profitability of the centre. 5 years experience in the property / centre management industry. A relevant management qualififcation. Minimum qualification grade 12 with a property related qualification would be a recommendation. Experience in Facilities Management preferable in msll / centre management. Excellent understanding and knowledge of health and safety processes and procederes in the context of mall/ centre management. Problem solving and formal reporting. Ability to keep up-to-date records on all aspects of mall/ centre management. NB No criminal Bureau Listing. NB No Criminal Record. A valid drivers licence without endorsements. Apply Now
