Reference: CPT000626-DB-1 Our global logistics client is seeking a self-motivated, highly driven and innovative Change Management Consultant to join their exceptional team at the head office in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Durban | Permanent | On-site General Responsibilities Primary focus will be implementing a change management plan that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner. Execute on multiple projects at the same while ensuring change agility in all the employees. Assess the scope of the change and execute plans on time in budget. Assess the readiness of the company impacted by change. Conduct coaching and manager training for change movement. Design a communication plan that addresses the needs of employees at different levels. Identify, understand and manage resistance throughout the organization. Conduct feedback analysis and corrective action to sustain or enhance employee involvement. Implement success measures- evaluate successes and failures and identify processes. Enable a culture of customer centricity and be able to engage at all levels of stakeholders.
