Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous. Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Chief Operations Officer. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Operations Manager role. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the medical insurance industry is preferred. Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Proficiency in managing Service Provider Networks (SPNs).
