Key Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy hotel guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and common areas
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste materials appropriately
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and towels
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet guest needs and ensure efficient operation of housekeeping services
Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment
- Multilingual skills beneficial for guest communication
