To ensure all requests, issues and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively. The role contributes to the company's strategic objective of delivering service excellence to ensure ongoing subscriptions of the company's software they provide. This role provides accountability and measurement of how well the company service and support is to their existing accounts. Overall, you will regularly track the customer's usage of your software and that it's being utilized to its full potential, provide any demo's, if need be, resolve any issues and also log in to their server to check content is loaded correctly and look for any issues. You'll be providing feedback / reports to the team and you'll be the “go to” person for your clients. Where you'll be doing it The company has 14 employees, their office is in Woodmead. At first you'll be fully office based but you will move to a hybrid working with 2 days in office. The team is young, dynamic and passionate about what they do. The CEO encourages a fun working environment and they often to nice team building events and so far even an incentive trip once a year. The general working hours are flexible where most employees prefer to start and end early on office days to miss traffic. They're looking for a fun, confident team player that is passionate about what they do and will bring a positive energy to the team. What you'll need The minimum education requirement is a matric. We're essentially looking for someone that's been in a client relationship role where they've assisted clients with things like resolving issues, queries, training and so on. We need someone that is brilliant with communication and customer service, is a natural dealing with clients and doesn't get frustrated easily – on the phone and email. That is conscientious, confident (not arrogant), takes pride and ownership in their work, is committed. Other qualities we're looking for is someone that is organised, meticulous, mature and self-managed. It's important that you come from a process driven environment and work well with processes and systems in place. You need to be Microsoft Office proficient with advanced Excel skills – be able to work with formulas and do pivot tables (this will be tested) and be tech savvy. We also need someone that can think on their feet. With it being a small company, everyone pitches in and does what is needed to help the company to succeed.
