Our client, based in Alberton North, specializes in Mining and Civil Engineering – Material Testing Laboratory Equipment, Chemical, Glassware and glassblowing, Laboratory Instruments and Equipment as well as laboratory consumables, is seeking a CNC Programmer / Setter, to join their team To programme/set and monitor the CNC machine to perform the allocated tasks to meet targets, criteria and deadlines. Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification. Comprehend product design into computer modelling software. Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools. Load raw materials into the CNC machine. Input the product design into the computer modelling software. Choose and load the correct cutting tools for the job. Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. Complete quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. Clean and maintaining the machine. At least 5 years experience as CNC Programmer / Setter Related Certificates or qualifications R25, 000.00 to R35, 000.00 p/m CTC depending on experience
