Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.
- Analyse collection data monthly, identify trends and identify and implement improvements to business processes.
- Provide monthly reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, sales, and customer service to streamline collection processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Review and update collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain compliance with all collection and banking laws and regulations.
- Responsible for communication, business operations and administration with collections partner.
- Responsible for the transactional banking relationship and business operations with the Bankers.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements- Qualification Bachelors degree in Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience of electronic collections working in a financial services industry. Exposure to the Insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on improving collection success rates.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practice.
