We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Commission Financial Advisor to join our team in the insurance industry. As a Commission Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice to clients and helping them achieve their financial goals, through the acquisition of clients. This is a commission-based role where your efforts will directly contribute to your earning potential. Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their financial goals and objectives. Grow companies client base by sourcing for clients through networking, cold calling ect. Recommend appropriate insurance products and investment options to clients based on their individual needs and risk tolerance Educate clients on various financial strategies and help them make informed decisions about their money Continuously monitor and review client portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with their goals and make adjustments as needed Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and up-to-date advice Meet with potential clients to discuss their financial needs and present suitable solutions Matric or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry Strong knowledge of insurance products, investment strategies, and financial planning RE 5 and relevant Class of Business Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Proficient in financial analysis and understanding of economic factors Own Laptop Own Vehicle Liberty provides performance-based packages, incentives, bonuses, plus group benefits: Provident Fund.
