The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Communicate the party's message through digital media, social media, and other provincial content.
Produce designs and video material aligned with the party's campaign message.
To drive the Partys political message in the media, within the party, and to the public more broadly.

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
Relevant tertiary qualifications may include Communications, Digital Marketing.
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite.
Experience in creative design (Adobe Design Suite).
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with Afrikaans and/or Setswana, written and spoken, an added advantage.
Experience in drafting and dissemination of written communication for external purposes.
Media and social media monitoring experience.
Ability to identify and extract information from traditional media statements for amplification on social media channels.
Ability to compile weekly and quarterly media and social media performance reports.
Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
Ability to process and understand complex and technical information.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to function well and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent coordination and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and process-driven.
Ability to work fast, accurately, and creatively under tight timelines.
Systematic, comprehensive, and displaying excellent attention to detail.

Applicants MUST have a valid drivers license and have access to an insured vehicle for daily use.

Benefits:

R1 000 cell phone and data allowance per month.
Reimbursive travel is capped at R1 265 (Not paid beforehand, this is claimed only if travel occurs).
Medical aid/medical insurance is optional and pension is compulsory (full deduction from CTC).
There will be a 6-month probationary period.
