Compliance Administrator – Professional Association - Johannesburg

Type of employment: Independent Contractor- Part-time worker

Duration: 6 months (1 July – 31 Dec)

Salary range: R250 per hour excluding agency fees

Hours: 8 hours per day

AA/EE Requirements: No preference

Working model: Hybrid

Industry: No preference

The team is looking for someone with very strong administrative skills ideally within a compliance department but not necessary someone with a legal and compliance education background

The duties will include:

  1. Managing external stakeholder mailboxes
  2. Filling out a tracking sheet to monitor when requests are received, when they are actioned, and associated volumes.
  3. Updating external stakeholder master lists
  4. Action some standardised responses to basic queries
  5. Basic compliance management administration

Skills:

  1. Good communication skills (Expert)
  2. Administrative skills (Expert)
  3. Detail-oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
