Key Responsibilities: Candidate Registration: Guide candidates through the registration process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Screening and Interviews: Conduct candidate screenings and interviews according to job specifications and vetting processes. Document Management: Collect and verify all required candidate documents, maintaining accurate records. Background Checks: Perform thorough background and reference checks for candidates. Induction and Orientation: Coordinate induction and orientation for placed staff. Administrative Support: File documents, assist with payroll submissions, and manage CRM data entries. Communication: Liaise with departments to facilitate smooth processes and provide accurate information. Audits and Compliance: Assist in audits and ensure adherence to organisational standards. Customer Service: Address queries and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders. Social Engagement: Promote the company through social media and participation in company events. Requirements: Matric qualification required. Minimum 2 years in HR, compliance, or client service roles. Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask. Organisational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems. Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans/isiXhosa highly advantageous.
