Job Description:Utilize Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software tools to:
Validate new designs and troubleshoot failure mechanisms in existing components/products
Conduct analyses across a diverse range of products for multiple clients
Interpret analysis results and provide actionable insights and design recommendations
Develop Structural Finite Element Models
Apply necessary physics principles to simulations
Perform linear, non-linear, modal, buckling, and fatigue analyses
Validate and correlate Finite Element (FE) models
Evaluate results against customer requirements and design standards
Collaborate with other engineering teams and disciplines
Prepare feedback presentations and technical reports
Participate actively in design reviews
Offer proactive design feedback based on analysis outcomes
Summarize and conclude investigative findings
Skills & Experience: Proficient in computer applications, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel
Skilled in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Octave, and Matlab
Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
Competent in 3D CAD modeling
Experienced in mechanical structural simulation for over 3 years
Expertise in domains including linear static, modal, fatigue, buckling, and dynamic analyses
Qualification:Eng Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
