Requirements: 1. Grade 12 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in a construction, readymix or quarry environment. 3. SCT30 - Concrete Technology Certification or higher. 4. Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management system 5. Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) 6. Experience in cement mix designs, which includes controlling heat, weight, mix aggregate, cement, and water to produce concrete that conforms to required specifications 7. Able to read, write & speak in English 8. Excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with management & staff. 9. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; 10. Good understanding of concrete laboratory testing 11. Be able to report accurately. 12. Be able to work under pressure
